We are happy to welcome you to the Returnee section of the AFS-USA website. There are more than 115,000 AFS Returnees in the United States alone—more than 370,000 worldwide. Returnees inherit a binding relationship to the AFS family by virtue of participation. They embody the AFS legacy, and help keep alive its tradition for future generations. Returnees are the center of AFS, linked to the organization for life.

Spread the Word about Hosting an Exchange Student
Encourage people you know to open their home to an AFS exchange student this year or host a student in your home. If you’re interested, please complete the Hosting Interest Form. Additionally, please share the names of families in your community or anywhere in the U.S. who may be interested in hosting. Email afsinfo@afs.org with ‘Host Family Referral’ as your subject line.
Join an AFS Facebook group
If you haven’t done so already, check out the AFS pages on Facebook. Join the AFS Facebook group called “AFS Returnees, Continue the Cause”, or “Ask an AFSer” or start your own group.
